Indigo Blu #1 challenge with Through the Purple Haze Challenges

Hello everyone and welcome as you know today is the launch of

I have put together with the help of Fiona Henderson and Debs Mitchell a new challenge blog that is made up with quite a few new to blogging DT members!  I am also lucky enough to have some experienced ones too!  So our happy band gets lots of help and support where needed....
We have a mix of across the range abilities, mind you some may be new to blogging but they make some lovely cards!

Any way i am getting off the reason for this post ....so our very first challenge is with a lovely stamp company called Indigo Blu

Here is my creation for the DT:

I made this clock by using a £5 "home" clock from the factory shop in just plain old white!
So i started by staining it with distress inks and sealed it by using crackle paint on the whole thing..

I stamped out three sparrows and four of the bigger flowers and two of the smaller ones...the bigger ones i doubled up and then i coated them all in a dimensional paste to give it body which i originally thought was clear but actually had a slight gold glitter effect to it.

I then glued them to the clock and waited for it all to dry and set and this is what i ended up with....hubby said straight away
 "thats for the sitting room"
so i now finally have a clock in my sitting room!

So thank you for visiting and if you want to know the actual colours etc use the contact form and i will let you know as this is all about INDIGO BLU

Thank you and hope to see you soon

I would like to enter the following challenges:
