Non traditional wedding coloured dress

Creative Creations Challenges.

This weeks challenge is Weddings! What does a  wedding meant to you? well besides the opportunity to dress up for a change and let my hair down to me it always means the commitment of two people who want to show to their friends and family that they want to move forward with their lives by taking the next step!

These  days people go for all sorts of colours with their gowns so i went non traditional by making a card showing a pink dress.

So i have a Saturated Canary digi called wedding bells which i think is totally gorgeous!




I had to be a little different and go non traditional with the colours

I used the following Copics to colour her in:

Hair YR 21,23,24,27
Skin E01, 00, 000 and R20 for cheeks
Dress RV 11,13,14,17
Flowers YG 93,95,97,YR02,00

I edged her with Tim Holtz distress pad in spun sugar and mounted onto some leftover homemade pink  card that i made using Brilliance pearlescent ink pads in Orchid and Purple and then sprayed Cosmic shimmer mist in Tarnished gold and Candy pink. I then mounted onto foiled card, handmade paper laced with gold thread and finally onto a pink sheet of script paper.
A congratulations sentiment,some sprigs of pearls that i so totally love, fabric flowers and three pink flat backed pearls!
Oh, and last but not least i added a little sparkle to the dress using crystal stickles.

Phew that was a bit of a list :-)
